- By filling out this form, you agree to be at least 18 years or older.
- Commissions are first come first serve. Whenever commissions are open, there will be a certain amount of free slots. Should a form be submitted by the time all slots are filled, said form has to be denied unfortunately. However, you can request for a priority next time slots are available! Should a slot happen to be open again, the Artist will contact the next Client having filled out a form.
- It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide all necessary information needed for the commission. Any visual references for the character and pose as well as clear descriptions of the overall idea can help in clearing out misunderstandings from the beginning.

2) Form Responses

- Half & Half Payment: Upon discussing the general idea of the commission, the Client is required to pay the first half upfront for the sketch. Once complete and approved from both sides, the remaining half is required before finishing the commission completely.

6) Commission Process

- During the overall process, a civil communication is required (no slurs/fighting words/etc.)! Please respect the Artist's boundaries, off-hours, etc. as well, even if the Artist is open for conversations during the process.
- Following changes can be accepted during the commission process:
  - Rough Base: Overall pose, perspective
  - Sketch: Limbs being reposed, small changes (e.g. expressions)
  - Lineart: Small changes, anything missed from given references
  - Flat colour: Any colors
  - Shading: Small errors regarding shading and highlights
  - Finished Product: No changes are allowed.
  - Any changes that do not follow the guideline or become excessive may lengthen the progress overall. Additional costs may apply and will be billed separately.
- When the form is responded to, further needed details can be discussed via Twitter, Discord or Telegram DM's or email. The Client will be then further informed about the progress of the commission on the chosen social messaging platform.
- After the first invoice has been paid fully, the Artist will proceed to sketch out the required pose roughly. The quality of said bases should not be compared to the end product and only serve as a starting point!
- The Artist will provide visual updates to the Client in every stage of the commission. Please do not contact the Artist and request for updates before 2 weeks have been passed since the latest update or unless a date has been previously agreed upon from both sides.
- The Client will not receive the end product unless the remaining second half of the payment is paid. Should the Client have troubles paying the last half, the Artist can be asked to hold off the invoice for at least a month more.
- If the Client is preventing the Artist from completion of work massively, a warning will follow. After this, fees may incur and the commission may be stopped until the extra fees are paid.

7) Refunds & Cancellations

- A request to cancel the commission may be asked by either party at any time. The Artist will be open to discuss options, should problems occur.
- Should the Client wish to cancel the commission before the work begins, the Artist will retain 5% of the original commission payment in Euros as convenience fee. If the cancellation happens during either the rough base, sketch or lineart phase, a 70% refund of the original payment will be issued. Should the client cancel during the coloring phase or after the commission is complete, NO refund will be issued.
-  If the Artist needs to cancel the commission for extenuating circumstances not related to the Client, the Client will receive a refund in full via PayPal.

8) Artist Rights

If the website the Client wishes to post to has no means to link back to the Artist, they may not post it there. The Client has to provide a link to the uploaded work to the Artist via DM.
- The Client may NOT profit from the artwork. This includes the sale of digital files and rights to the image. If the commission is a reference sheet, printed copies are allowed for in-person/convention handouts when getting commissions from other artists, but must still be watermarked.
- The Client may resize or crop the artwork in order to create icons, wallpapers or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but may not alter the artwork itself. The artist has to be informed about those changes.
