Fitness for Your Aging Brain New Subscription or Renewal
Hi everyone,

Welcome to Fitness for Your Aging Brain online classes. You are joining a broad community of older adults who are working hard to improve their cognitive and physical well-being as they age.                                         

The goal is to be your best possible self at every age, not the same as you were at a younger age.

The classes are designed to improve your balance, strength, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance. Most importantly, the unique exercises in these classes will challenge your brain to think in new and different ways. At the end of each class, you will find a five-minute Healthy Brain Tip explaining some of the latest scientific research on aging well and how you can apply it to your daily life.

Don't take it too, too seriously! Just have fun with the classes, and take time to laugh at the crazy things your brain does when you're not looking.
