This form allows Group 1 cadets to register for Orientation flights.

O-FLIGHT RULES & REGS:
1) You must be in uniform to fly. BDU/ABUs are preferred.
2) You must have your CAPID to fly.
3) You must be an active CAP member.
4) You must not have reached your 18th birthday

Upon completion of this form, your request will be recorded. This is not a guarantee of a flight slot.

The O-Flight schedule will be EMAILED to you approximately 2 days prior to O-Flights.

You must arrive at your departure airport 15 minutes PRIOR to your FIRST flight. Note that your first flight may be in the back seat, so look at the schedule carefully.

DEADLINE: Registrations are due by 2100L on the Tuesday prior to the flight date, or as specified in the announcement email.
