AZ : Əziz animasiya pəşəkarları və həvəskarları! 

Bu vörkşop xüsusilə də animasiya prodüserlərinə və ümumilikdə kinematoqrafçılara maraqlı olacaq və aşağıdakı mövzuları əhatə edəcək:

1) Fransadakı animasiya ekosisteminin izahı:
Tammetrajlı filmlərin, qısa filmlərin, televiziya seriallarının və virtual reallıq kimi yeni növ yazıların yeri.

2) Layihənin tipindən asılı olaraq animasiya filmlərin maliyyələşdirilməsi:

- CNC, regionlar, televiziya kanalları, Soficas (kinoya həsr edilmiş özəl fondlar).

- Müəlliflərin və animasiya texniklərinin statusu.

- Rezidensiyalar və tədbirlər (festivallar, forumlar).

- Layihənin tipindən asılı olaraq birgə istehsalat imkanları və müqayisədə, Avropa ölkələrində bu işlər necə görülür, Avropa miqyasında maraqlı rezidensiyalar və tədbirlər.

Olivier Catherin ixtisasca etnoloqdur. O 2002-ci ildə Fransada Beynəlxalq Animasiya Gününü təsis etmək məqsədilə Fransa Animasiya Filmləri Assosiasiyasına (AFCA) qoşulub, sonradan isə ASİFA idarə heyətində Fransanı təmsil edib. O 2008-ci ilin aprelində “Les Trois Ours” film istehsalat şirkətini təsis etmək üçün AFCA-dan ayrılıb. 2014-cü ildə "Kiki of Montparnasse" qısa filminə görə César mükafatına layiq görülüb. O 2017-ci ildən Hauts-de-France regionunda animasiya kinosu sektorunu inkişaf etdirmək məqsədilə Pictanovoda fəaliyyət göstərir. O həm də animasiya istehsalatı üzrə İNA-da (Milli Audiovizual İnstitut) və Sciences Po-da (Siyasi Elmlər) dərslər keçir. Emile Mükafatı mərasiminin təsisçilərindən biridir. 2019-cu ildə beynəlxalq birgə istehsalat sahəsində kreativ prodüser kimi ixtisaslaşır və mütəxlif Fransız istehsalat şirkətləri ilə bir çox qısa və tammetrajlı filmlər istehsal edir. O həmçinin CITIA-Annecy, CEE animation, Georgian National Film Center və digər təşkilatlar üçün animasiya filmləri üzrə konsultant və ya animasiyanın inkişafı üzrə ekspert qismində çalışıb.

Vorkşop Azərbaycandakı Fransız İnstitutunun dəstəyi ilə həyata keçirilir.

Vorkşop ingilis dilində keçiriləcək və iştirak üçün xüsusi kriteriyalar tələb olunmur.

EN : Dear animation professionals and fans!

This workshop will be particularly interesting for animation producers and filmmakers in general. It will cover following topics:

1) Explanation of the animation ecosystem in France:
The place of feature films, short films, TV series and new forms of writing such as virtual reality.

2) The financing of animation according to the type of project:
- CNC, regions, television broadcasters, Soficas (private funds dedicated to cinema)
- The status of authors and animation technicians
- Residencies and events (festivals, forums)
- Co-production possibilities according to the type of project and in comparison, how things are done in other European countries, as well as interesting residencies and events on a European scale.

Olivier Catherin has been trained as an ethnologist. In 2002 he joins the French Animated Films Association (AFCA) to create the International Animation Day celebration in France, then on international level as the French representative on the ASIFA board. In April 2008, he left the AFCA to create the animated film production company “Les Trois Ours” and won a César award with the short ‘Kiki of Montparnasse” in 2014. In 2017, he joins Pictanovo, in charge of the development of the animated film sector for the Hauts-de-France region. He’s also teaching animation production at the INA (National Audiovisual Institute) and Sciences-po (Political sciences) and he’s one of the founder of the Emile Awards ceremony. In 2019 he becomes creative producer specialized in international co-productions, producing several short and feature length films with different French production companies and animation consultant or expert for the development of the animation or the accompaniment of projects for CITIA-Annecy, CEE animation, Georgian National Film Center and others.

The workshop is supported by the French Institute in Azerbaijan.

The workshop will be held in English and there are no specific criteria required for participation.
