Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and must be paid in full by the start of the month to which they relate.
We accept payment via bank transfer & childcare vouchers (preferred) and also cheque and cash payments.
Consistently late payment of fees may result in a late payment fees and in your child's place at Stepping Stones being withdrawn.
Appropriate legal action will be taken to recover any unpaid fees.
If your child attends any additional sessions, then these will be added to the following month's invoice.
We are unable to provide a refund if your child misses a session due to illness, medical or dental appointment or family holiday.
If you arrive before the official session start time, you agree to remain with (and supervise) your child until the session begins.
Please collect your child promptly at the end of the session. In the event of late collection, we will charge a late collection fee of £4.25 for every 15 minutes. If you are going to be late, please let us know as this may have implications on our staffing levels.
If Stepping Stones has to close for any reason, then arrangements will be made to offer you an alternative session compensate for any missed sessions. If no alternative session can be found, a refund will be made.
I agree that Stepping Stones staff will raise any safeguarding concerns with the Local Safeguarding Children's Board. This may be done without parents' knowledge if they are sufficiently concerned about a child's safety.
