EOP Diversity Survey 2023–24
Thank you for taking the time to complete this short survey. We want Eastside Projects and EOP to reflect the world we work in.

This year we are trying to understand who is joining EOP and whether applications for EOP opportunities reflect our membership.

We are collecting this information to ensure EOP and our opportunities are accessible and open to all, and to help us think about future programming and the strategic development of Eastside Projects, EOP and other projects. We will use the data to inform conversations between staff and our Advisory Board and Arts Council England and our other funders also often ask for anonymised data to be included in reports.

Any information you provide will be stored securely and limited to only to essential administrative staff. If you are uncomfortable about answering any questions please just select 'prefer not to say'.

For full details about how we handle data, find our privacy policy at https://eastsideprojects.org/privacy-policy/

Thanks for your help
