Cavalier Club Registration: 2023-24 
Welcome to Cavalier Club! We are honored to provide loving, faith-filled care after school to Christ King students.

This registration form states your family's needs for Cavalier Club during the 2023-2024 school year only. 
While we are aware schedules and needs do change, please state as accurately as possible the anticipated days you will need care.   

Cavalier Club is available for students in grades K4-8, Monday through Friday, from the end of school to 6:00 pm. (School ends at 2:00 pm on Wednesdays and at 3:00 pm on all other days.)    

The cost is $30/day per student, no matter how long your student is there.

We will link your Cavalier Club registration with your School Google forms (Contact, Health, Emergency, etc.) that you have already filled out, to keep your information inputting to a minimum.

Registration Fee
There is a non-refundable fee of $50 per student.  You will be billed for this fee via Blackbaud Tuition Management. This form and fee are required to secure your place in the Cavalier Club program. Please notify Amy Tarpey if your needs change.
