Please review information below in its entirety before filling out your request form. Before going any further, make sure you have you idea together for your cap design. If you do not know what you want, your submission will be disqualified.

2-3 months notice is ideal to guarantee a spot with me. Less than 1 month notice will encompass a RUSH FEE.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email from me with further instructions.

P R O C E S S
Once your request is approved, and you receive an email from me, you will need to make a NON- REFUNDABLE deposit of $100. This payment secures your spot and will go towards your total. The remaining balance will be required after we discuss the design and you approve the sketch. You will receive the sketch of your design at least 3 weeks before your "Date Needed By". Upon completion, I will send you a picture of the cap before mailing it, and I will also send you the tracking number. If you need to change your "date needed by" there will be a $35 charge.

Please refrain from "checking in" on your sketch or final design as this disrupts the design process. I complete cap designs in the order of when each client needs it back by. All designs will be completed and shipped for you to receive by: "Date Needed By"

All custom designs are final sale.
