Head and Neck Cancer Support Network Survey
Ngā mihi nui,

We are seeking suggestions for a submission to Te Aho o Te Kahu to inform a national Women's Health Strategy. We are keen to hear from anyone in our community and their whānau. So please feel free to share this survey with your friends and families. Below is the request from Te Aho O Te Kahu the Cancer Agency.

The Pae Ora Act and the Women’s Health Strategy

As well as changing the structure of the health system, the Pae Ora Act says we need to develop a range of strategies to help guide our health system to achieve pae ora.

The Women’s Health Strategy is one of those strategies. It will set the direction and priorities for improving women’s health and wellbeing.

We want to hear from a wide range of people and organisations to ensure our strategy meets the needs of the women it is meant to serve.

Your views will help us develop a Women’s Health Strategy that is informed by a diverse range of voices, experiences, knowledge and visions.

The Head and Neck Cancer Support Network intends to make a submission on behalf of all our women and their partners and families affected by head and neck cancer. Please take the time to share your thoughts on the questions below.

Whakawhetai koe Thank you
