Hello,

I'm currently doing my computer science bachelors project, where I'm developing a Virtual Reality application to simulate some of the symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis. This application is deemed to raise awareness about symptoms of MS and will potentially be used in future studies about the subject.

The symptoms I'm focusing on are: anxiety/depression, fatigue, optic neuritis, coordination dysfunction and bladder dysfunction. However this Survey will only focus on fatigue and anxiety/depression.

For context, the user starts in the bedroom of his/her house, where they are given tasks. The first task is to walk to the living room and grab an object of moderate size and place it in the kitchen. The second task is to read a grocery shopping list. The third task is to grab the keys and walk out of the door outside. The fourth task is to walk to the grocery store, which lies on a hill. The fifth task is to pick the items on the grocery list and place them on the counter.

This Survey is anonymous and the given answers will only be put to use to introduce/strengthen/weaken possible design choices.
