2021 Yearbook Spread 1: Crazy Quarantine Stories
Hello, St. Ursula families. We are hard at work on the book that’s cementing the history of this year (and we all have to agree that this year is one for the history books.) As we work on content, please respond to us if the questions below apply to you!

1 - Did you experience any life events that were noticeably different in the time of COVID? New babies,
hospital stays, celebrations, recitals, travel events, etc...? Or did you do anything really fun and different during quarantine?
2 - Do you have any photos from this time that you could share with us? After you fill out the form, email your picture to pictures@stursula.org and include Crazy Quarantine Stories and your child's name and homeroom in the subject line.
3 - Please tell us your story in a few sentences or less.

This book is so important to us, to the school, and we know it’s going to be especially important to you years
from now as we remember how different this all is. We really thank you for taking the time to answer these
questions and help us out with a photo or two; we couldn’t make this without your help...this year
especially! Please send us what you can by November 30, 2020.

**Please remember to email your photo(s) to pictures@stursula.org and include Crazy Quarantine Stories and your child's name and homeroom in the subject line.

THANK YOU!
