We are currently seeking an Exterior Building Repair to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Type Hourly Contractor
$15 +
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Estimate time and extent of repairs
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Must be able to work on Lift up to 80 FT
Deadline and detail-oriented
Work Location: Multiple locations
Typical start time: 7AM
Typical end time: 4PM
