Mālama Maunakea Volunteer Weed Pull
Mahalo nui for your interest in helping us to mālama Maunakea!  Upcoming activities will focus on invasive plant removal around the Halepōhaku support facilities (9,200' elevation).  Long-term plans for this area include native plant restoration and improved opportunities for education about native ecosystems.  Removing invasive plants also helps limit habitat for invasive arthropods.
