This is event if for parents and children. Bringing your student is highly encouraged as they will get to hear ways to keep them selves on digital devices. Childcare is provided for children for younger children. The age group this event is geared towards is 5th-8th grade. 3rd and 4th graders are welcome as well.

At a Digital Families Community Events, you can expect to:

Connect with your children in order to understand what it’s like for them growing up online.

Work through interactive sessions to explore how your family responds to real life online interactions and how you can protect one another online.

Walk away with an action plan to set guidelines on device use and online habits.

Presented by Mears PTSA and information provided by FACEBOOK. A representative from Facebook will be attending to record the event.
