2022-2023 Collegiate Prep Elementary PTA School of Excellence BASELINE SURVEY
The National PTA School of Excellence recognition program opens the lines of communication and critical thinking within school communities. The program is committed to supporting and recognizing partnerships between local PTAs and schools to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being for all students.

This year, we continue our focus to help strengthen family/school partnerships at Collegiate Prep through increased volunteerism.

May we ask you to please participate in this very important, required step of the National PTA School of Excellence program by taking this survey? It should take no more than 3-5 minutes to complete.

This survey will  be open between Sep 19, 2022 - Oct 27, 2022.
Thank you for your participation and support!
