There has been a significant uptick in investment in technologies that impact the healthcare industry over the last few years. On the hospital side too, there is greater openness to adopting technology that can impact business outcomes.

On October 26th, TiE Silicon Valley will host its annual CIO Forum with a healthcare focus. As a virtual event, the primary objective of this Forum is to facilitate a dialog between the most innovative startups in healthcare and the CIOs/CDOs of the largest healthcare systems in the US. A handful of startups that have achieved significant initial success (annual revenue rate of $2M to $10M) will get to present to the CIOs/CDOs of the biggest buyers in the healthcare space. The CIO/CDOs will get an understanding of what the most innovative startups in Silicon Valley are making possible today while the startup CEOs will benefit from the interaction and feedback from their largest potential customers. The CIOs/CDOs will also invite a few of their team members to this meeting.

The startups will have an opportunity to present/pitch their product to the CIO’s. This will be a 5 min presentation followed by a 4 min Q&A interaction and will be limited to 6 startups.
