Bottles will be $60.  Cost includes Stellum 750ml TMB pick bottle, NYS store tax, custom label, and packing materials.  If selected, you will be required to upload a prepaid label from UPS or Fedex and post a screenshot of your Venmo payment to another Google form that I will share with you.  I do not know how many bottles we will have, so once I get everyone's reservations we will sort out how many I can allocate to each of you and I will  PM you at your username with any variances from your request.
