This survey sets out key questions for civil society groups to provide an independent assessment of 2030 Agenda delivery. The aggregated answers and scores gathered from around the world will inform a civil society-led global assessment on the level of progress of implementation of the SDGs up to 2023, marking the halfway point of the process launched in 2015. The summary report will be shared with the co-facilitators of the Political Declaration for the SDG Summit, taking place in September 2023.
You will first be asked to provide narrative information on your national coalition, as well as on different aspects of the overall implementation process for the 2030 Agenda in your national context.
Afterwards, you will be asked to indicate progress for each of the 17 Goals based on a scoring scale ranging from -5 (the highest level of regression) to +5 (the highest level of progress) - using 2015 as the baseline. Organizations can base the assessments on their own perceptions and/or statistical data when possible. In order to ensure accuracy in the assessment, please focus on the SDG(s) that are part of the daily activities of your organization, and/or those on which your organizations has specific knowledge or expertise.
