Encore All Stars are middle school students who volunteer their time to assist teachers in classes where there is a need.  All Stars are chosen on a 1st come 1st serve basis AND based on previous Encore behavior AND current teacher referral.

1. I agree that I will remain in my assigned class and help assist the lead teacher.
2. I agree to not use my cell phone during class time.
3. I agree that I will not use cell phones and/or cameras to take pictures or videos during Encore, according to the Williamson County School Board policy.
4. I agree that I will behave appropriately at the beginning of each day during the camp rally and assist the teacher in monitoring campers.
5. I agree that I will behave appropriately during lunch and will clean up after myself.
I understand that filling out this survey DOES NOT guarantee a spot as an Encore All Star volunteer. *
