If you are a student or other individual looking to report cheating that you've heard about or seen at UC San Diego, please complete this form. You can choose to name the students you saw cheating or not. Either way, the AI Office will follow-up with the course instructor to relay your report and assist them in acting to protect the integrity of the teaching and learning environment.
