Arrival time: Thursday 11:30 AM – Lunch served at 1:00 PM
Meals Included: Thursday: Lunch and Dinner, Friday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner:
Saturday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner: Sunday: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner: Monday: Light
Breakfast, then Brunch at 11:00
Check out of rooms - Must check out of rooms by 11:00 am Monday and leave premises by 3:00pm.

• Bunk Room: $500
• Semiprivate (2 singles – 5 available) $600
• Private (Queen Bed – 5 Available) $640

Things to be aware of:
1. The facilities can be viewed on the Zajac Ranch Website (zajacranch.com)
2. The private rooms are on the second floor with access by stairs only. You can

3. The rooms, sewing room (gym) and dining area are all in separate buildings
4. There will be 4 cutting stations and 4 ironing stations
5. Lots of room for design walls (bring masking tape)
Please Bring:
1. You are required to bring all your own bedding, towels, pillows.
2. Flashlight and extra sewing light
3. Your own chair if you prefer
4. Extension cord and Power Bar
5. Lots of room for your own extra table if you prefer.
6. Snacks and anything extra you would like to drink (wine)

• I am looking to have a couple of pop-up shops attend If you have any ideas or
requests, please let me know.
• A list of vendors prepared to give a retreat discount will be sent out.
• A few different projects that can be worked on as a group will be sent out
