First Reconciliation & First Communion Registration
Answer all questions exactly as asked and send baptismal certificates to St. Paul parish, attn. First Communion Paperwork.  

First Reconciliation is scheduled for March 16, 2024 at 10:30 AM (put this date and time in your calendar).  

First Communion Masses are scheduled for Saturday,  May 4, 2024 at 10:30 AM & 2:00 PM; or Sunday, May 5, 2024 at 11:30 AM. (Write your choice in your own calendar, the time you choose will be the time and date of your child's First Communion Mass - it will not be changed by our office).  

After you fill out this form please send a copy of your child's baptismal certificate to the parish office or email it to dmay@stpaulncanton.org. You must send a copy of the baptismal certificate regardless of whether you have provided it for other reasons,  and regardless of whether your child was baptized at St. Paul or not. We must receive a copy of every student's baptismal certificate for recording purposes. Thank you.
