Please note:
The registration is not transferable and this form pertains only to conference registration.
Each delegate must complete a registration form. The same fee structure applies for accompanying person(s).

Conference registration is entirely separate from SASA membership. While a reduced conference fee is available to paid-up, current SASA members, payment for membership and for registration is made into different bank accounts. Ensure that your SASA membership is paid and updated before registration in order to qualify for a reduced fee. Please visit the SASA website for membership details.

Once you have submitted the registration form, Stellenbosch University will generate an invoice with payment details. Your registration will only be complete once you provide us with proof of payment at sasa2024conference@gmail.com. Full-time students must e-mail proof of university registration with the proof of payment.

Please note that the conference will not be virtual or hybrid this year.

Logistics:

- The nearest airport is Cape Town international airport.
- ⁠Airport transfers can be found through Stellenbosch Shuttles.
- ⁠The nearest bus stop is in Stellenbosch on Merriman Street.
- ⁠Given that transport is not always easy we recommend staying close to the university and some nearby hotels in the area are: Protea Hotel Stellenbosch Spa, Stellenbosch Hotel and Bonne Esperance Boutique Hotel
