Camino de Santiago Film & Fundraiser RSVP
CAMINO DE SANTIAGO FILM & FUNDRAISER

We are hosting Camino de Santiago Film & Fundraiser events at our Lexington and Harrisonburg stores! Learn about the accessibility of The Camino de Santiago and how one of our locals, Jennifer, is going to be a "pusher" for Accessible Camino.

Jennifer was inspired to be a "pusher" by her cousin's story. Her cousin's son battled Muscular Dystrophy and sadly passed away because of this disease. She'll share more of this story and will delve into her upcoming adventure with Accessible Camino.

When:
LEXINGTON: Tues, June 4th, 6-8pm
HARRISONBURG: Wed, June 5th, 6-8pm

Where:
LEXINGTON: 21 S. Main St, Lexington, VA 24450
HARRISONBURG: 90 N. Main St, Suite 102, Harrisonburg, VA 22802

This is what each evening will look like:
-Jennifer will give an introduction about her upcoming Camino trek and what accessibility looks like through the organization Accessible Camino.
-We’ll show the film “I’ll Push You,” a documentary on the origin of accessiblecamino.com, which explains the journey of two best friends and a wheelchair through the Camino de Santiago.
-In support of this admirable volunteerism, we are going to help raise funds each night through a raffle and more! Be sure to bring cash for the cause!

Important Links:
-Jennifer will need to gear up for her trek, so she has created a registry of items. If you are interested in purchasing from her registry: CLICK HERE!
