Would your chapter like to invite a state officer to attend a FCCLA Chapter meeting or event? If so, a chapter adviser should complete this form to submit a request.

For planning purposes, all visit requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the requested date. In order to ensure officers aren't absent excessively, each officer has a limited number of meetings per month/semester. We will do our best to accommodate each chapter's requests.

Our team looks forward to working with chapters both in-person and virtually throughout the 2021-22 school year.
