ERA26 - Vendor Sign Up

Say hello to Melbourne’s first Enchanted Readers and Authors event - a book event for readers and authors.

We are expecting to have 70+ authors, ticketed panel discussion/Q&As with industry experts and authors we love, cute photo stage opportunities, photo booth, food trucks, bookish merchandise vendors, best-dressed prize and more! We will be encouraging everyone to dress up in their magical best or as their favourite book character.

EVENT DETAILS

Where: Melbourne Showgrounds, Melbourne Royal Centre

Date: 31 Jan and 1 Feb 2026

Time: 0900-1600

We will require a 50% deposit by 31 April 2024 to secure your spot (yes, it’s early, but we have SO much to plan, it’s more than a book signing event, and we want to ensure that ERA26 is a hit!)

TABLE FEE

AUTHOR TABLE: $330 for one day, $600 for both days

VENDOR TABLE (Bigger space): $350 for one day, $650 for both days

Inclusions:

1 x Booth with a table, black table linen, and a chair
1 x Lunch (TBD, either lunch pack or voucher for food truck) for each day
1 x regular coffee vouchers for on-site coffee carts for each day
1 x Lanyard and ERA26 memorabilia tag
1 x Welcome gift (will include a thank you gift, snacks, and water)

AUTHOR AND VENDOR ADD-ONS Cannot be purchased now. We'll let you know when you can purchase Author Add-Ons (mid-2025) and the deadline (late 2025).
$20 All Day Parking on-site (per day)
$50 Assistant (will include their lanyard/tag, lunch, chair, and an additional coffee voucher for both days)
$50 per month - Storage Facilities (more information later, but in short, you should be able to send us your books/products early if needed)

REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS
100% refund up until 12 months before the event.
50% refund up until 6 months before the event.
