TABLE FEE
AUTHOR TABLE: $330 for one day, $600 for both days
VENDOR TABLE (Bigger space): $350 for one day, $650 for both days
Inclusions:
1 x Booth with a table, black table linen, and a chair1 x Lunch (TBD, either lunch pack or voucher for food truck) for each day
1 x regular coffee vouchers for on-site coffee carts for each day
1 x Lanyard and ERA26 memorabilia tag
1 x Welcome gift (will include a thank you gift, snacks, and water)
AUTHOR AND VENDOR ADD-ONS Cannot be purchased now. We'll let you know when you can purchase Author Add-Ons (mid-2025) and the deadline (late 2025).
$20 All Day Parking on-site (per day)
$50 Assistant (will include their lanyard/tag, lunch, chair, and an additional coffee voucher for both days)
$50 per month - Storage Facilities (more information later, but in short, you should be able to send us your books/products early if needed)
REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS
100% refund up until 12 months before the event.
50% refund up until 6 months before the event.
Non-refundable within 6 months of the event.
