(Note: While we will not be using these plants/allies at this retreat, your answer helps us understand your experience with deep exploration of extraordinary states of consciousness) *

Have you ever used a deep-trance light-based meditation machine such as Pandora Star, Lucia light, or similar? *
Have you ever experienced a seizure? (We need to ask this question to determine contraindications for use of our light-based meditation technology) *
