HOW IT WORKS:
You share the skills & time you need cover for, and we will try to match you with an engineer that wants to donate their skills & time.

This ensures that critical business functions get done, so you can pay your engineer in full while they defend their country.

When there is a match we will connect you with the engineer - and you will take the discussion from there (similar to a short version of recruitment process).

After the role is completed we will ask both parties for feedback, so we can improve our matching services going forward.

This is a not for profit initiative.

Please note that as part of the Collective you pledge to continue paying your developer a full salary whilst they defend their country. You may also be required to provide proof that you developer is in Ukraine and unable to work.
