All Day to set up.  October th-Take down decorations.  Collect all the donated decorations from the office, bring all the decorations out from the closet, work with volunteers to decorate the school.  

This is done via computer at home starting as soon as August.  Work with vendors and food trucks to sign contracts and send to District office for approval.  Email Esperero NJHS and CFHS to secure volunteers.  The main events are Canyon Boo, Valentine's Dance and Carnival. Perfect for someone who would like to help, but can't physically be at the school.  

Help make the Teacher Appreciation weeks special by decorating and arranging the luncheons and breakfasts.  Order food and send Sign Up Genius to parents.  These take place December and May.

Monday's during lunch recesses.  Work with the Chair to track the runners miles during lunch and give out awards.

Work with the students to prepare them for the Spelling Bee during lunch. Work with FFO to purchase trophies for winners.

Outdoor event for the entire family. Chair will be responsible for overseeing carnival games, entertainment, DJ, food vendors and volunteers.

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math Club meets once a month during lunch. It's broken into 2 groups (K-1, 2-5th grades). STEAM Club is lead by parent volunteers. The Chair is responsible for sending out the annual Sign Up Genius to parents so they can sign up for the month they'd like to lead. The parent is responsible for creating, organizing and leading the meeting. Chair is also responsible for sending out monthly Google Form for kids to register.

Family event with DJ, snacks and crafts for all students and families.

November 11th, 2021 from 8am to 9:30am.  Make copies of the map used and make posters ahead of time to advertise the school-wide event.  Coordinate with Mrs. Moore's choir.  Handout stickers, maps and flags the day of the event.  

The Yearbook Editor is looking for someone in each grade level to send her photos of the events that take place during the year.  She will meet with you and provide you with the type of photos she needs.
