2024 Strength and Conditioning Registration
Camp will be from 8:00am-10:00 am at Northbrook high school Monday-Thursday beginning June 10th and ending on August 1st.  Bring your own water bottle and please wear athletic clothing. Cleats are optional but all activities can be done in regular athletic shoes. Cost of the camp for the entire summer is $125.  Please ask about payment plans or scholarships if finances are an issue.
