The San Diego Youth Symphony is excited to host a *free* summer music camp for beginners at Wilson Middle School's beautiful new Performing Arts Center in City Heights!

Experience the joy of learning to play a stringed, wind, brass, or percussion instrument with the fantastic teaching artists of the San Diego Youth Symphony! Students will learn beginning instrumental skills in small group classes throughout the week, and participate in enrichment classes such as bucket band and basic music theory.

9:00 - 12:30 pm

Sample schedule:
8:30-9:00 am- Student check-in
9:00-10:15 am- Beginning instrument group class
10:15-10:30 am- Snack break
10:30-11:25 am- Enrichment class (ie. bucket band, music theory)
11:30-12:30 pm- Beginning instrument group class
