Camping Rules:

Campers must be 10’ apart from nose to tail and 15' apart from each side. You must stay within the marked spaces.

Renters must occupy their assigned campsite space only. Awnings cannot touch other awnings/campers.

Golf Carts (and only golf carts) are allowed but the owner must be able to show proof of liability coverage. Golf carts are not allowed to be operated around the general Food Truck Rally, on the Horse Race Track, Arenas, or anywhere around the Horse Barns. At night, golf carts must be operated with the lights on at all times. Golf Carts can be parked on Machinery Row when visiting the Food Truck Rally.

Electrical connections are to be made using the proper receptacles. Only one UL approved heavy duty extension cord per camping unit is allowed to be used.

No loud music or excessive noises from midnight to 8:00 AM.

Your camping spot must be kept clean and sanitary. Trash needs to be placed in the dumpster located by the maintenance barn.

Absolutely no dumping of any holding tanks will be permitted onto the ground.

No open fires or fire pits in the grass are permitted. You can have campfires in contained fire pits.

Pets are allowed but they cannot be left unattended. They must be restrained when outside at all times. You also are responsible for picking up after them - especially when they go #2! Your dogs must be registered with the office when you check in for camping.

Alcoholic beverages are allowed but must be discrete and kept in coolers.

There is a $25 tank filling fee. Campers are encouraged to arrive with their tanks already filled.

Rule Violations: If you are caught violating any of the rules above, you could be banned from camping at these grounds permanently (this includes fair camping). If you leave behind messes or damages, we reserve the right to access a fine.
