Berlin Acro Mini Convention

Date: 06-07 April 2024

Time: 09:00 - 21:00

What: An acro bonanza weekend featuring Berlin's best instructors, showcasing all the acro on offer in our fair city. 18 different workshops from beginners to advanced level, plus plenty of open jam time to meet and mingle.

Where: Flow Motion Studio Neukölln (Glasower Str. 60, 12051 Berlin)

Early bird (until 03. March): €60/one day OR €100/two days

Normal bird: €70/one day OR €115/two days

Prices include ~6 hours of workshops per day, open jam time, water and light refreshments (lunch and dinner will not be provided).

Introducing...the Pre-Convention Intensive with Nate & Jules

Date: 05 April 2024 (Friday)

Time: 10:00 - 18:00 (with breaks)

What: Some people have told us our mini convention is too mini — and for these people who can't get enough acro, we have decided to add a pre-con! Extend your training another day by attending this acro intensive with Nate and Jules before our main event. The pre-con workshops allow you to dive deeper into specific topics and build your practice progressively. The focus is creating a good foundation for higher-level skills. Nate and Jules are known for their precision and focus on technique, and as a similar-sized duo, they strive to find a feeling of ease and lightness in movement together. Topics will be:

1. Foot-to-Hand: Refining your techniques in L-base foot-to-hand to have more fun doing entries and exits in standing foot-to-hand.

2. Hand-to-hand: Sharing our knowledge of hand-to-hand tricks to improve your standing hand-to-hand practice.

3. Mini Dynamics: Bringing tempo work and skills together in an accessible format to learn and solidify the foundations of dynamic movements in a partner practice.

***Please make sure you meet these prerequisites before joining: Stable L-basing foot-to-hand and hand-to-hand, plus stable and comfortable in two-high***
