2024-25 NAIS HK PTA EXCO Member Nomination Form 

Please read the following before completing the form:

  1. Please refer to the PTA's Articles of Association (available on Firefly) for information on the PTA's corporate governance procedures.

  2. The PTA EXCO includes the following positions 

    (i) Chairperson; 

    (ii) Kwun Tong Vice Chair  

    (iii) Lam Tin Vice Chair  

    (iv) Sai Kung Vice Chair

    (v) Secretary 

    (vi) Treasurer

    for all other positions that don't require nomination (e.g. assistant vice chairs for campuses,  sub-groups such as outreach team and PTA support for school events) Please refer to this VOLUNTEER FORM

  3. PTA EXCO meetings are generally held on a monthly basis during the school year and in-person attendance is necessary.

  4. Please note that to be eligible for election as an EXCO member, a person must be nominated by a current parent or teacher of NAIS HK

  5. Only current PTA Committee members are eligible for election as Chairman.

  6. In the event of any dispute regarding this nomination form, the decision of the current PTA Committee shall be final.
