We are dedicated to making the Sierra Service Project (SSP) experience affordable for every participant. To request funds to assist with the cost of participation for your group, please complete the form below.
If you are submitting this form on behalf of multiple registered groups and wish to request funds for each of them, please submit separate requests for each group.
Be advised that the maximum scholarship award SSP can provide
will not exceed the participation fee.
You are always welcome to submit subsequent requests for any added participants after your initial award, as the program approaches. See page 24 of the information packet for group fee installment details

In the event your participating group drops in size after receiving an award, we will revisit the award's distribution across your group's total participation numbers, to prevent altering your total amount awarded. If the participating group size drops below the amount of scholarship received, SSP will reduce the award total accordingly (so as not to exceed the total fees).
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, though we begin distributing awards February 1, and continue awarding funds as they are available.
