Early Bird £700 - payment in 1 instalment of £700 or 2 instalments - £350 at the time of booking + £350 by 15th August 2024 (saving of £100)

Standard fee £800 - payment in full at the time of booking - from 16th August onwards

For those repeating an Externship - £400 (you must provide a photocopy of your previous Externship)

Eligibility for the Externship

I am a member /student member of a recognised counselling / professional mental health organisation (This professional body should have a code of ethics that you are bound by. It should also be a recognised body that has a membership of mental health professionals or students. It should require that you have a mental health qualification that will qualify you to be a mental health counsellor or psychotherapist (or are studying for one) in order to join).

I agree to not record any part of this training in any format (audio, video, or visual). Personal written notes of non-confidential material are permitted

Venue

Notes:
1. The venue is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs or a lift. There is wheelchair accessibility, including accessible toilet. If you have any specific needs please contact us to discuss them.

2. We reserve the right to change the venue to another central location if it becomes necessary. Final venue will be confirmed at least 6 weeks prior to the course.

Registration on the 1st day from 9.00 a.m., to finish 5:00 pm. The following 3 days will run 9.30 am - 5.00 pm, with an optional Home Group 9.00-9.30 a.m.

On completion

Participants receive an Externship Certificate of Attendance.
You will then be able to join ICEEFT (available at a reduced fee while on the course) and have your information listed on the directory, this then makes you eligible for full membership of the British EFT Centre (if based in Britain) and to have your information listed on the directory.
(Any interested therapist with a geographical base in Britain is able to become an associate member of BEFT www. beftcentre.org )

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate that, due to unforeseen events, there may sometimes be the need to cancel. We usually make our final decision whether to run a course at least 6 weeks before the course begins.

The course will run with a minimum of one trainer and we reserve the right to change the trainer if necessary.

All cancellations by those registered need to be received by email or in writing.
For all cancellations we retain an administrative charge of £50.

If you cancel your place on an Externship or a Core Skills module more than 6 weeks before the start date we will issue a full refund minus the administrative charge.
If the date of cancellation is less than 6 weeks before the course start date, we will retain 100% of the course fee unless:
a) you are able to find a replacement who fulfils the registration criteria whereby, we will issue a full refund minus the administrative charge; or
b) you defer your place and we transfer you to a future course/module starting within the next 18 months and run by any of the trainers of this course here in Britain. If the course fees increase during this time, you’ll be liable to pay the extra cost. If you do not complete an Externship within the 18 months you will not receive a refund.

Workshop cancellation - In the unlikely event of us having to cancel or postpone due to a lack of participants or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will refund your paid course fees in full but are unable to reimburse you for further costs such as travel, airfares and accommodation.
