Thank you for taking this important Adult Attitudes Survey. EACTC is seeking this information in order to design the best community interventions to keep our children safe from underage drinking and other drug use.

All responses will be anonymous and confidential. Demographic information below is requested to assure survey responses are reflective of the community’s demographics.
