CYVBC Surge Fall Tryout Registration Form: 2025-2026
We are so excited for you to sign-up for CYVBC Surge Fall Tryouts! We cannot wait for another amazing season. We have so many fun, exciting, new things planned! Results will be posted to our website, and your daughter(s) will receive a paper on her way out of tryouts with all of the information you may need. You can contact us at anytime!

**U14-U18 Tryouts will be held in the SUMMER. If we have any remaining positions, we will hold additional fall tryouts! Dates/times for that age group would be posted after the conclusion of summer tryouts**

  • U10 Athletes (4th Graders and/or July 1, 2015) are welcome to tryout for U11!
  • U11: 5th Graders and/or Players born on or after July 1, 2014
  • U12: 6th Graders and/or Players born on or after July 1, 2013
  • U13: 7th Graders and/or Players born on or after July 1, 2012
