Dietary Restrictions

The fall symposium is a big undertaking, when SFA works to coordinate cocktail parties and meals at a location without an on-site kitchen. The limited kitchen facilities, family-style meal service, and a volunteer server corp seriously curtail our ability to prepare and serve special requests. If you have dietary restrictions that will preclude your full participation in group meals, do let us know. We’ll do our best but we ask for your understanding as we navigate a complicated preparation and service landscape.
