Nutrition coaching generally entails a commitment of 4 months or more, depending upon the depth of your goals. Coaching clients have access to BodFit510's suite of livestream and on demand fitness classes, and personal training sessions can be arranged, if desired. If you are interested only in personal training, that can also be combined with a BodFit510 subscription.
