Washington Middle School Registration for 6th Grade for 2024-25

Welcome to WMS!
This form is to register your student into 6th Grade at WMS for the 2024-25 school year.

This form also will let us know if your student would like to be placed into one of our three music classes; band, choir, or orchestra for the 2024-25 school year. If your student will not be taking a music class, they will be placed into another elective class based upon their schedule. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a choice of the non-music class as we are still developing the master class schedule.

We ask that you submit this to us not later than Sunday, April 7th. Thank you for your prompt response and we can't wait to see you in the fall!
