2023 Strassenfest Booth Application

2023 Jasper Strassenfest (August 3, 4, 5, & 6, 2023).
Entrance Fee is $25 per Booth.
Informational Tables (not creating sales) owe $10 to reserve space.  
Submission of Registration Form and Fee are both due by April 1, 2023.

The Jasper Schnuck's is again offering free cases of bottle water.  To give them an early idea of the size of donation, please indicate how many cases your Not-For-Profit would like:   *

ELECTRIC NEEDS: VERY IMPORTANT TO BE ACCURATE!  Please fill out Electric Needs.  These are given to our electrician. The 2023 Booth Packet has been shared with you. By checking below, you are agreeing that you have (or will) read Rules and Regulations, agree to these, and educate your workers on these policies.   This information must also be posted in your booth at ALL times.   *
In the 2023 Booth Packet, there are 2 pages concerned with the City of Jasper Illicit Dumping Policy and consequences. By clicking “Agree” below, you are citing liability for your organization and its associates.  If you wish to have a further conversation regarding these policies, please note below and someone will follow up with you.   *
Will you be open for lunch on Friday, August 4, from 11am - 1 pm? *
Will you be open on Sunday, August 6, from 10am - 12:30 pm? *
We agree to pay our Registration Fee by April 1, 2022.   *
Checks may be made payable to Jasper Strassenfest, Inc. - PO Box 307, Jasper, IN  47547-0307.  You may also hand deliver to the Jasper Chamber of Commerce during normal business hours.  
Set-Up Times have been pre-determined (see schedule in Booth Packet).  BUT we want to give options for Tear Down on Sunday.  Please select the time that would be most accommodating for your organization to dismantle on Sunday, August 6.  Sunday is the ONLY day for tear down.   *

THANK YOU for participating in our festival!  It would not be a success without all of your planning and communication.  Check your email soon for information regarding the in-person Booth Meeting in mid-March.  Very Important this year, as we are dealing with many changes!
