We service: Allen/McKinney/Frisco/Plano. Any other areas are subject to a travel fee.
Prices include 1-2 day rental of a single phrase, set up, and pick up. After you fill out this order request, we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Preparation
1. For our safety, please make sure someone at the home or location knows we will be delivering.
2. Pets need to be secure inside the home or a fenced area. Outside pets may cause a disturbance during setup and ruin the surprise.
3.Pet waste needs to be removed from the yard prior to installation.
4.Close blinds and limit barking dogs.
5. Please water your yard the day before your booking so the signs can stay up and not tip over.
Deliveries/Take-Downs:
1. Deliveries/Take-Downs usually occur after dark and can be as late as 6:30p.m or as late as after midnight (if we have several deliveries) the night before, or between 5:30-7:30am the day of. This is all contingent on how many bookings we have and in what areas.
2.We cannot deliver during turbulent weather. If weather becomes an issue we will contact you to make other delivery arrangements or issue a refund.
3.We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purpose.
4.All yard card setups include an advertising sign for Frisco Family Arts. This may NOT be altered or moved.
Weather Concerns:
1.All reservations are weather permitting. Frozen ground can make installation difficult and will be assessed throughout the winter.
2. If we are not able to install your card due to severe weather, you may apply that payment to another date or have a refund issued.
3. Severe weather may be severe thunderstorms with lightning, high winds, excessively cold windchills, and warnings of tornado outbreaks.
Safety and Care:
1.For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. The display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
2. Please take pride in your lawn display, and treat it with respect. DO NOT move the items.
3.DO NOT allow any lawn maintenance to occur near the cards. Grass clippings will stick to the cards and stain them and weed eaters can cause significant damage.
4.Do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, or vandalize our signs. Even if you do not like the display gift given to you, these items ARE my property and business. It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
5. Please protect the inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawn mowers, dogs, etc. Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.
6. Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against the signs, they may become damaged.
7.You are encouraged to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.
8.Frisco Family Arts and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
9.We are not responsible for vandalism in the form of the yard greeting being altered to inappropriate or profane words or phrases.
10. We reserve the right to photograph our cards and use them for marketing and other purposes.
11. If client moves, damages or alters the signs in any ways, they will be charged a fee starting at $30.
Refund Policy:
1. In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, frozen ground, snowstorms, heavy rain, high winds and any other severe weather that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. In these cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule for a different date.
2. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
3. No refunds will be given due to the recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.
4. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
5. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
6.No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display upon arrival, that are out of our control.
7. No refunds will be given if client decides to ask us to take the sign down or cancel their booking.
Inflatable Rentals:
1. Please note that you must provide an extension cord, have an outlet available near the yard, and know that the motor runs constantly. If the inflatable is unplugged, the air will come out. The inflatables will not be allowed in rainy weather, unlike the yard signs. You will be refunded if inclement weather occurs. You are responsible for any damage that occurs to this inflatable. The inflatable will be held down with stakes.
By placing a reservation/booking with Frisco Family Arts, you agree to all policies stated above. Please note that updates may happen to any of these policies at any time, and you are subject to following them.
