2023-2024 Leadership Application
Determining the captains of a team is a big responsibility and something that we as a coaching staff take seriously.  Being a “captain” is so much more than a title.  In fact, it comes with added responsibility and burden.  The role of a leadership team is to function as a cohesive group and provide captain-ship to gymnasts new and returning. Leadership team members will have various leadership opportunities. We believe that a leadership team will allow ample opportunities for gymnasts to show their leadership skills and contribute to the growth of our teams. By committing to the leadership team, you are committing time and energy to learn about your team, teammates, coaching staff and other responsibilities that come with being a leader.  Our goal for the leadership team is to inspire you to enhance your natural leadership qualities and challenge you to create a strong team for the future of Two Rivers High School Gymnastics.  You will be asked to go above and beyond with tasks such as coaching at camps, carrying out team duties, helping coaches with tasks, and learning how to be a strong leader.  If you are interested in this opportunity, please complete the following and submit it to the coaches by Sunday, November 19th. Final decisions will be made at the discretion of the coaching staff.
