Sometimes we face decisions, life challenges, or situations in which we need a little help and guidance. This solutions-based session is designed to do just that. Sessions can be weekly, bi-monthly, or once a month depending on how quickly you want to shift. These sessions include all my modalities.
The coaching relationship is based on trust and a willingness to engage and explore personal growth and new dimensions of self. That’s why it’s important to see, if we are a good fit for each other at this time. Please know that there is no right or wrong answer, but what you share will help me to get a feel for your journey + what you need right now.
My work is not for everyone. There is never a rigid process to my path! Within each session, I co-create with you and connect deeply with yourself, cultivate your purpose and awareness, and create wellness. Your Coaching Journey will be completely tailored to your needs at this time and a Coaching can go from a month to up to a year.
