My name is Andreea Pocol and I’m a Ph.D. student in the Computer Science Department at the University of Waterloo.

I’m looking for participants to take part in a research study to distinguish real images from fake, AI-generated images. As a participant, you will be asked to view either a series of real and/or fake images on your own viewing equipment and evaluate them as real or fake. This study should take no more than 30 minutes.

This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through the University of Waterloo Research Ethics Committee. However, the final decision about participation is yours.

Note that this study is to be done remotely.
