University of Minnesota Middle School Campus Visits
The College Readiness Consortium is excited to welcome your middle school students (grades 6-8) to visit the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities campus! The middle school campus visits will serve as an introduction to postsecondary and students will visit key locations on the Minneapolis campus. The group visits are designed for groups of up to 30 students who will be on campus as part of a school field trip or community organization event. Those with older students can refer to the admissions page for campus group visits here

The campus visit will be hands-on and activity-based. Your visit will begin with an introduction of the University of Minnesota. Students will then dive into an activity on college and what to look for during college visits. When your group comes to visit campus there may be an opportunity to sample a college class and meet a panel of college students. Each group visit will be 2 hours.

Each year we have limited campus visit slots available. Priority registration will be given to our partnered schools/organizations implementing Ramp-Up to Readiness. Learn more about Ramp-Up to Readiness here.
