Feedback on 11/9 Revitalization Fair & ADU Teach-In

Thanks for attending the 4th Annual EPA Revitalization Fair, presented by Acterra, Canopy, GRID Alternatives, Habitat Humanity Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Rebuilding Together Peninsula and the City of East Palo Alto.

The event featured a variety of activities from 8:30am-3:30pm, with the bulk of the activities happening in conjunction with a Resource Fair from 11:30am-3:30pm. There were two teach-In sessions on Accessory Dwelling Units & Anti-Displacement in EPA from 9-11:30am and 1-3:30pm, and also a special health screening event as well through American Cancer Society & City of EPA.

I want to legalize an ADU or garage conversion on my property.

I want to build a new ADU or convert an existing space into a JADU on my property.

I see a lot of potential for how ADUs/garage conversions can address the affordable housing crisis in our community.

There seem to be some helpful organizations/resources to support me and others in legalizing or building a new ADU.
