Hello Muddy Buddies!

Thank you so much for your interest in our 2024 Summer "Mud Kitchen Kids and Loose Parts Play" enrichment.

🚨🚨🚨PLEASE NOTE UPDATE 🚨🚨 🚨

Both classes are filled - Please add your name to the waitlist and you will be notified if any openings become available.

Dates: FUN FRIDAYS ➡️ May 31, June 7, 14, 21, & 28

Time: 10am-12pm or 1pm -3pm

Registration for previous families starts Jan 15th

Open registration starts Feb. 1st

👀 PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILED INFORMATION BELOW

🤓 We are super excited to announce our partnership with Idaho State University's level I, OT fieldwork student volunteers, along with the presence of their onsite supervising professor.

Class Details:

◘ Ages 4 - 8

◘ Class is a drop off class - If your child needs more one to one adult care or is unable to transition independently from caregiver, a child/caregiver class would be better suited for your needs. If your child utilizes a 1:1 aide for support please share details below.

◘ Class needs a minimum of 6 children to initiate

◘ "Mud Kitchen Kids and Loose Parts Play" enrichment is NOT considered physician referred, occupational therapy - this is an open enrichment class

◘ If you are registering multiple children, please fill out multiple forms.

◘ Children must be potty trained ( we have a portable potty on site in a private tent) - minimal support can be given by our volunteers.

◘ Enrichment classes meet rain or shine (we have overhead shade/protection).

◘ If a class must be canceled for an unforeseen event/weather, a make up class will be provided on Friday, July 5th

◘ Once this google form is completed, you will receive a link from Square for a 50% deposit to complete your enrollment .

◘ Once deposit has been received, there are no refunds due to turning away interested families

◘ There are no refunds for missed sessions due to limited schedule to create make-ups.

◘ If class fills, we will put you on a waitlist and keep you updated as things shift.

◘ Located in Garden City, where 40th street meets the Greenbelt

Due to the nature of this group dynamic being "child-led" adult participation is capped to our lead occupational therapist and field-work students. Child must be able to attend group independently or with a 1:1 aide. Parents are welcome to support beginning transitions.

Due to teacher/student ratio, children must be fully potty trained. Mud Kitchen Kids provides a pop up potty in a privacy tent. Volunteers can provide minimal support. Is your child able to complete toileting tasks independently?

• destruction of environment
• fleeing the area/running away outside of given perimeter
• repeated verbal disrespect towards others or teachers

• extreme distress activated due to the outdoor environment or bugs

Boise Outdoor OT has the right to terminate participation at any time should these or other challenging behaviors occur. Refunds will not be issues in these circumstances.

Once we receive your google form, and the class has been filled, you will receive an email from Stripe for a 50% deposit via square to finalize registration and reserve your spot. If class becomes filled you will receive an email notifying you are are on the waitlist.
