The United Leukodystrophy Foundation is looking to finalize it's 2022 Webinar schedule. We need your feedback to make it a success and the most useful for you! If you were going to participate in the live webinar sessions, what time frame works best for you to participate? These are general time frames to accommodate time zone differences - the ULF webinars are held based on the Central time zone. *

Weekday mornings (anytime before lunch)

Weekday afternoons (after lunch but before dinner)

Weekday evenings (around dinner time/after dinner)

Weekends (if speaker availability allows)

How often do you register for live sessions, knowing that you will not attend during the live timeframe but will watch the recording when it has been posted? *

I only register to be notified when the recording is posted.

I register and intend on attending the live session, but will watch the recording if I miss it.

I register only when I know I can attend the live session.

Knowing the webinars are recorded and will be publicly posted to YouTube - do you purposefully not attend the live sessions to protect your privacy? *

What types of general information would you be most interested in for the future live webinars? (We know leukodystrophy type-specific content is always wanted and needed. We do our best to put out as much type-specific content as we can. These live sessions are intended for ALL leukodystrophy types, such as mobility aids, IEP/school advocacy for affected children, understanding the diagnostic process, etc.) *
